What Neovim changes: Y and saner defaults

Y yanks to the end of the line, 007 counts in decimal, and a tour of the defaults.

2 drills

  1. Y: yank the rest of the line: Copy everything from the cursor to the end of the line onto the end of the line below, using Y.
  2. Counting with zero-padded numbers: Make the number match the target with <C-a> or <C-x> and a count. The cursor doesn't need to be on the number.
