Case, indent and replace: gU, gu, >, < and r

More operators for any motion, plus one-character fixes with ~ and r.

4 drills

  1. SHOUT one word: Make the word under the cursor uppercase with gU and a motion.
  2. SHOUT the whole line: Uppercase the entire line. The cursor can stay where it is.
  3. Indent a block: Indent the lines that belong inside the block by one level (see the target).
  4. Fix one character with r: Replace the character under the cursor so the line matches the target.
