Append to ragged lines: $A

Add the same text to the end of lines that all have different lengths.

3 drills

  1. Semicolons everywhere: Add a ; to the end of the four statement lines using <C-v>, $ and A.
  2. Only the lines that need it: Append the ending from the target to the four lines that need it using <C-v>, $ and A.
  3. Append after an aligned column: Add the text from the target right after the aligned column on the four lines that change (not at the end of the line). Select the column as a block and use A.
