Find a character: f, t, F, T, ; and ,

Jump onto (or right next to) any character on the line.

4 drills

  1. Find it with f: Jump onto the highlighted character with f followed by that character.
  2. Delete up to it with dt: Delete from the cursor up to (but not including) the closing character with dt{char}.
  3. Backwards with F and T: The target is behind you. Use F{char} to land on a character, or T{char} to land just after it.
  4. Find, fix, repeat: ; and .: Put a space after every comma. Find the first comma with f,, fix it, then repeat with ; (next comma) and . (same fix).
